Recieved the panel filter for Audi RS3 fast, but when trying to fit the filer its 5mm too long had to use the air filter box lid to clamp 1 end then use a flat head screwdriver to force the other end in, overtime this will damage the rubber seal. Phone pippercross to inform them of this issue spoken to 2 different people but neither wanted to know basically then have my money now not interested. I now have a filter that the seal will be knackered after removing and cleaning a few times, so it's not a lifetime filter. My Order no:1749480 I order 2 piece PP1926 filter, but only ship 1 piece for me, It’s been 4 days I haven’t receive it yet nor tracking number. I have writen several email and with paypal,but no response.

Excellent service, easy to use website, what’s not to like. Product it self seems well made, no effect to engine management as yet. So all is good. If I was to make one suggestion, maybe include tracking details for dpd so know which day items would be delivered. Will defo use again probably sooner as want filter for my smax as well
