Pipercross is a serious company and their have quality product with good-value for money. There is an important choice on weebsite. It's difficult to register on weebsite but easy to order. I use filters on two different cars with real results. A satisfied customer !

Disappointed. The product sold does not match the description on the website. The silicone pipes are not cut properly, noT the right diameter, the oil breather pipe has nothing to be attached to and just ends up hanging in the engine bay... Just a poorly designed kit. Would not recommend at all.

Wrong item sent Emailed James at pipercross photos with measurements showing they posted wrong size. 1" to big 130mm x 400mm x 200mm. I ordered 100mm x 400mm x 200mm. James told me i had to pay return postage even though pipercross made the mistake. Returned it, i was told it will be a week to make a replacement one to the correct size. Customer service is a joke I emailed them 2 times for a vat reicept with no reply. Plenty of air filter company's in the uk who look after there customers. Regards to your reply saying it's review is not accurate review, and quoting you here 'We would cover the return postage' you havnt i payed for ups to return the wrong filter you sent at a cost to my self of £7.07 . I asked james for a return lable, he replied its not company policy to supply them. And you havent refunded me the £7.07 return cost. If pipercross makes a mistake you shpuld sort it out rather than leave the customer with more cost to return the wrong item you sent and sorting your mistake out!

I have brought my first product from this company & although I'm a computer novice I ordered from them online with no problem it was easy,the price I paid was very good and I was informed the part was in stock and on its way (free delivery) now all I have to do is wait till tomorrow to see if it's been delivered,all in all easy cheers.

Sent completely the wrong filter but excellent customer sevice and delivering on promises got the filter replaced in 2 days. Mistakes happen but they rectified it seemlessy. Great service
