Decent product horrible customer service
Ordered a custom flag, product looks good. Got an email that said flag was complete and shipped with a tracking number. 2 weeks go by after the “standard shipping” time. Sent email and got no reply. Finally 3 week later tracking number updated and package was coming from China.

Long wait but nice. Quality for low price is very good. Customer service regarding custom order very good. Only down side it takes a long time after order confirmation for shipping from China, about one month.
