Sale of my late Fathers house - ref: S613/18035/016157 The team at Medway law were dealing with the sale of my late fathers house which had sole through the modern auction method which requires a property to complete in a fairly compressed time scale. The particular individuals I dealt with were very professional and above all friendly to deal with and were always there to help with queries and at times some rather panicked calls from me due to the postal strikes at the time. Due to the circumstances around the sale of the house I always felt the staff were sympathetic to my situation and could not do enough to put me a ease and help.
