Logo design was sufficient and I did not request any revisions. Josh would not release the logo files that I had paid for. Instead, he continually texted me for two days, asking me personal questions about my company and business goals. No matter how many times I said I just want the logo, I continued to be badgered about my choice of website developers. They try to string things out because their refund policy has time restrictions. I have in writing that the only delay in releasing the files is if the customer asks for revisions, which I did not. Every time I brought this up to Josh, he talked around it. It became obvious that the files were not going to be released unless I hired them for more work. I filed a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund. RUN from this scam! Go to a local graphic designer and get a real logo! Lots of fake reviews about working with ‘Robert’. SCAM

Robert Jones was awesome! My business OPERATION CLEAN SWEEP did a website and Logo. Both were outstanding!!!

Started with the logo which turned out good and had good service with that side. Ending up getting to have them build the website also since the logo and formatting can be done easier on their side. I needed an integration with a 3rd party app and was told I need to pay another fee on top of the original cost to be able to make it work. I made the payment and they created a separate booking portal that is not connected to any email or texts back to me. So I do not know if someone books or have any control over it. I have countless emails asking about the utility I am looking for and feel like I got screwed over. As of recent I tried emailing to just hide the booking portal until I can hire a different website developer and have been ignored. Robert Jones and his team lacks on time communication and is deceitful in their promises. I will not use Logura again and will warn others not to use them as well. Total time invested in this project was 3 weeks for the logo and 3 months for a half working site! If you need a site done quickly, look elsewhere.
