I'm astonished this company has good reviews on TrustPilot and wondered how they got them – so I felt obliged to share mine. I got several logos from different companies before Logura, both similar (99designs) and individual designers. Logura was uncomparably worse. I bought their second-priciest package ("Prime"), priced at 150$. They put me through endless forms for the Statement of Work, whose input they went on to largely ignore. The logo ideas they sent were impressively anonymous and uninspiring. They looked like icons from Windows 3.11 and could be used for any business. I'd love to include them here if only trustpilot supported it. Despite extensive hints from me on potential better ideas, I kept getting garbage back. I ended up using dall-e to have OpenAI generate some ideas. I provided 2 to them for inspiration, and they again provided garbage back. Until I told them exactly what to do, line by line. During those ping-pongs, they insistedly pushed to upsell me websites and more. This persisted after I repeatedly mentioned to them that I had a bad experience with them and would not consider buy more from them. I ultimately tolerated the draft I instructed them to do and asked them to provide it in different colors, but they did ignored that request too and only provided it in the same red color which they use for their website. Overall, one of the worst companies I worked with for a long while.

Robert was very professional and did a very good job for us. We had many last-minute changes that he was kind enough to work with us and got the job done and was in a very professional person to deal with. I'd highly recommend this company .. thanks so much Robert for All Your hard work ..
