I had a logo designed by Logura. Jason Reimer helped me along the way. With the help of Jason the whole process was smooth. Plus the design team really had some nice ideas from the start. Overall I’m very pleased with the logo and customer service.

I have tried to get a logo designed and provided them with details. The product that they showed me was unsatisfactory. After the second attempt I asked for my money back. I was told that the finance office was closed and I should try to call back later. Still did not get my money back. When I opened up the website Chat window popped up. I was talking to CARTER and explained my situation. He immediately turned off the chat.
