I had a wonderful experience working with Harry Mcalister. He was timely, professional, and helpful. I am very happy with the final outcome. The logo design is exactly what I needed and I can't wait to share with the world. Great value also.

They are very great with response time. They keep their word when they say they will always be in contact with you within 24-48 hours. I never had an issue communicating with them. With that being said, I had to basically hold their hand through the entire design process. So many times I would send clear cut revision notes and examples of what I would like changed, and almost every time the revision would come back looking like bare minimum effort was put into the change. My final logo design was 100% all my design that I drew for them, and all they did was just digitize it on the computer. I basically paid for my drawing. I’ve seen great logo examples designed by them on their website but for me, I felt I got barely any effort and I had to do all the work for them.
