Zuhal made me feel very Welcome with a great smile, and made sure that I was ready in everyway, spoken to me polite and with my respect and showed me every step of Procedures and comforting me to make sure I was ok. Yasmin brillant doctor and I’m sorry but I don’t remember her name but she was wearing glasses also is a great doctor spoken to me correctly and make me feel good, there whole team of Longevita is excellent I have had 3 surgery and will happy go with them again. After 2/3 years of research and building up the confidence to get this hair procedure done, I can only say one thing. Perfect. The process from start to finish has been faultless. Great service. I was very self conscious about this but staff were welcoming, genuine, and professional. The hotel and taxis chosen were really nice. Language was never a concern. The after care information is very clear and comprehensive.. for my treatment i have to wait to see the results but I'm very positive about it all... At the hotel I occasionally saw other patients in the lobby (I travelled alone), so it was really assuring knowing others were there for the same reason.

I have recently come back from turkey from having breast augmentation. The service I received outstanding. Any queries I had before I left was answered very promptly. When I was assigned methin from longevita he met me at the hospital and was with me through the whole process throughout the day. He came and met me following day and also when I had my checkup and Botox. I travelled alone to turkey which was nerve racking. But when meeting methin he put me completely at ease and made the whole process enjoyable.
