Excellent customer service and wonderful fitters

Guys did good job installing door. Had issue nit with their work or door & took a while to get sorted which it is & pleased with results. Would definitely recommend their work.

I phoned for a quotation for a new front door on 6th Nov. Ryan called me the next day and arranged to call to see me. He arrived promptly for his appointment which was a good start and explained the brochure thoroughly and I chose a door. He then sent me a quotation detailing the door and price which had the advertised discount included and advised me that it would be installed probably late January. I accepted the quotation and that set the well oiled heels into motion. I was able to agree the contract for payment on line which was very handy, a chap came out to measure my door in December and I had an SMS offering me a date of 30th January for installation. Two very competent young me came on time and my beautiful new door was installed with a minimum of disruption in less than 3 hours. They brushed up the hall, took the old door away and left a very happy customer.

The product is great, the installation team were fantastic and the sales staff were friendly and helpful .

I would just like to thank Marcin and Richard who came to inspect my composite door yesterday. They had visited the previous day after 6.30pm in their own time to check out why there was a draft around the bottom of the door. Within 90 seconds of inspecting the door they had identified the problem. Some adjustments were made to door immediately and the following day they returned again after 6pm to fill a gap at the bottom of the frame with sealant, as well as fitting a threshold bar. It's refreshing to find tradesmen who are friendly and proficient at their jobs. They are a credit to their company. There had obviously been some oversights when the door was originally fitted, but the after sales service was second to none. A very satisfied customer. Andrew Newtownabbey

From the word go this company were excellent to deal with. I had contacted several companies regarding a new back door and Total Home NI were the first company to reply and within 24 hours of receiving my query. They were so helpful and it was very easy to pick exactly what I wanted. They were so good that we ended up ordering a new front door at the same time! Updates were excellent throughout the manufacturing process and fitting on the day was first class. No mess left to clean up and a very friendly and helpful fitter. Could not recommend this company highly enough!

I recently had a pvc front door fitted and two back windows. I am very pleased with the overall experience. The salesman was helpful and talked me through all my options, installation was great, the fitters were exceptional very good at their job. Left a great tidy job.

After some initial delays, our balcony has now been installed and we are very pleased with the result.
