Amazingly prompt in that my logs were delivered later, on the same day I oedered them. Friendly and courteous guys, and the logs are the best I've tried since purchasing my stove last year: they really ARE what they claim to be (unlike previous logs from other suppliers) and burn beautifully. Would definately recommend :)

Patrick delivers quickly and efficiently. The kiln dried logs burn beautifully and he also delivers our water softener salt.

On the website they picture a bag of logs piled high, but my delivery was not even full to the top.

The items were as described on the website and delivery was prompt. Plus the two delivery guys offered to carry the bags of logs to where I needed them. I will use them again.

It was pouring with rain, so the delivery guys covered the logs with another empty bag. Only first time we have used Berkshire Logs, but cannot fault so far.
