Delivery day arranged quite soon after placing the order. This was rescheduled for the next time which was not a problem for me and was given a time slot. Goods arrived within the time frame and were brought to where they were to be stored. Well packaged and dry. Can recommend this supplier.

I've ordered from BL a few times and the service and product has been excellent. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5: 1. Last delivery, the wood was quite wet. It was the hard wood order so obviously not meant to be as dry as Kiln - but the top half was pretty damp. We had pretty heavy rain the day before delivery so it was possibly just bad luck 2 they deliver very quickly but could do with giving a little more notice in advance of the drop off. A call or email the day before or at least a few hours in advance would allow you to make arrangements to get back and make sure there is space for the delivery truck. All in all though, great service and would definitely recommend. Edit: following review BL got in touch to offer replacement delivery of logs and were greatful for the feedback. Excellent customer service
