Il mio ordine risale al 28 dicembre 2024 e nonostante le feste di mezzo mi si assicurava che i prodotti sarebbero arrivati dopo due giorni, peccato che dalla mia pagina personale l'ordine risultava ancora in preparazione. Ho atteso sino al 3 gennaio per contattare il servizio clienti e chiedere come mai il mio rodine risultasse ancora non spedito e dopo 5 giorni ancora nessuna risposta, allora ho pensato di chiamare il numero indicato nel sito: risulta INESISTENTE! Ho mandato un'altra email a cui non so se mai riceverò risposta, però, sinora, non posso dire che la professionalità e l'efficienza facciano parte delle loro pratiche, purtroppo!

Stay away - the worst shopping experience. I ordered 4 items that were supposed to be delivered on December 14th. I choose them specifically for the fast delivery they advertised. Knowing it was a busy Christmas period I was very patient but after a week of no shipping information I contacted the company about my order and there was no response. I finally received my parcel today on 6th of Jan, two items were missing, and they were refunded, but one of the received items has less than a month left on the best before date. It's a type of supplement that can't be used this quickly so completely useless. UPDATE: I contacted you again on the 6th of January and still haven't received a response.
