I give this company a 1 star rating because of their dishonest cancellation policy which you cannot find out what it actually is on their website. The only way to cancel is to email them and then after that beware, keep an eye out because they may still bill you again and again even after receiving confirmation emails that you account has been cancelled. When a company plays around with my money and dishonestly charges my credit card (cannot be manually removed) my rating of that company will always be low. When you click on "my account" it just keeps taking you in circles because your own account is hidden.

I love that the trial period is 30 days and you have full access during that time. Other sites just give you a taste

They don’t have many good book options, very limited and they make it almost impossible to cancel you membership, they don’t tell you when your free period is over either. I have been charged for the passed two months when I have never used it due to the fact that no where on the website or the app can you cancel your account.
