An Unmitigated Disaster with All You Can Books I recently had an utterly disappointing encounter with All You Can Books, and it's hard to find any redeeming qualities to highlight. Let's delve into the myriad issues that make this company one to steer clear of. Website Woes: To put it bluntly, the All You Can Books website is a design disaster. The layout is confusing, the structure is chaotic, and the search facility feels like a futile endeavor. Navigating through the pages is an exercise in frustration, mirroring the quality of the content they offer. Subpar Book Content: As an online book service, one would expect a curated selection of quality reads. Unfortunately, All You Can Books disappoints on this front as well. The content of the books falls below any reasonable standard, leaving readers with an underwhelming and unsatisfying literary experience. Communication Catastrophe: Attempting to communicate with All You Can Books was an exercise in futility. I reached out weeks ago to cancel my subscription, only to be met with silence. Not only did they ignore my request, but they also proceeded to deduct money from my bank account without authorization. When I inquired about a refund, the evasion tactics were disheartening. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is inexcusable. In conclusion, All You Can Books is a company that seems indifferent to customer satisfaction. From a dreadful website to subpar book offerings and abysmal communication, they fail on multiple fronts. Save yourself the frustration and financial headaches – there are plenty of other online options that value their customers. All You Can Books, it's time to rethink your approach or risk losing more dissatisfied customers like myself. Shame on you.

When I signed up I was given one month free service. I cancelled the same day I signed up. I didn't like how the service worked. I never used it again. However, I have been charged by them month after month. It wasn't until I contacted the BBB THAT MY SERVICE GOT CANCELLED. AND THEY WONT RETURN A SINGLE PENNY. IM BRGGING WHOMEVER IS READING THIS, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. MY FAMILY IS MADE OF LAWYERS AND WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE A SIMILAR STORY PLEASE CONTACT ME.

Cancelled my subscription and they…

Cancelled my subscription and they continued to take money out of my account I have been in ongoing conflict with this website for weeks. They continue to take my money and refuse to cancel my subscription. I have cancelled my subscription on their website and sent several emails stating I want to cancel my subscription. Every time, they continue to take money. They deliberately make it difficult to cancel your subscription, and even when you contact them directly via email, they still will not end the subscription.It is a deliberate scam. I have seen many others say they have had the same issue.I have evidence of all our communication.
