Easy to sign up and looks like a great audiobook source

This has been the most positive experience. I go through about 6-10 books a week, so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the ad for a free trial AND you get to keep whatever books you download during the free trial when you cancel. I won't lie, I had fully intended on taking advantage of that and then canceling. I am frugal like that! lol...HOWEVER, I will be staying on and telling all of my bookworm buddies about this app because it is run by personable human beings. I had a very very minor issue, and when I called, Rachel, a real human being, helped to solve my problem quickly and KINDLY. When a company that claims to have around the clock customer service and then backs that up with AROUND THE CLOCK CUSTOMER SERVICE, that is how they hold onto a loyal subscriber. I will be canceling my kindle subscription, as well as my youtube premium, which is where I have been bottom feeding for audiobooks, most of which are incomplete or compiled of several videos that I have to chase down and put in order before listening.
