Hmm.... Looking at the reviews all the five star ones seem to be badly written English and their first reviews, most of the people with more than 1 review have given very low stars leading me to believe it's a SCAM site to part you from your money... I will be AVOIDING this site for sure.
Scandalizing business
Worst experience I have ever had with a subscription service, one that I never wanted. I wanted to see what options they had so I signed up for the free trial. I realized that they literally sucked so I called and canceled. Guess what! A month later I am charged $20 fo some sh!t I never wanted. I called and told them and of course there is no record of me canceling, for anyone reading these reviews, does this sound familiar? This is a scandalizing business. I received an email says if that I should have read the terms and conditions during my free trial. I had the free trial for less than an hour!! I canceled!! They still charged!! SCAM!!

Any website that requires your credit…
Any website that requires your credit card details for a "free trial" is a con. Don't take the risk. Also the positive reviews on trustpilot are dodgy (poor grammar a sign of paid reviewers from abroad).
Just a fraud!
No good books, just a fraud! They ask your card details to have a free trial and then charge you without a way to cancel your so-called "membership". For those trying to find a place to cancel: try type in "/cancel" at the end of their website address. Fortunately I noticed their way of fraud and cancelled on the very first day.
Don't trust that they'll cancel your subscription.
I signed up on the June 19, 2020 and cancelled my subscription via phone call on the June 25, 2020. I'd only used ALL YOU CAN READ BOOKS services for 5 days!! I trusted that the option to cancel by phone would be enough, but I was very wrong!! A month later on the 21st of July, 2020 after I'd canceled my subscription, I noticed that they had taken out $19.99 from my account anyway. I called in to see what had happened and demand a refund. The rep told me that there was nothing in their the records that showed I had canceled my account, but they were going to cancel it NOW. I shouted "NOW?, what are talking about, it should have cancelled a month ago!!!" She said she would put in for a refund, but for me to be assured that it was canceled NOW. a few days later a manager emailed me and pretty much reiterated the same thing the first customer representative said except this time she made me feel like I hadn't comprehended what I'd read in the first welcoming email regarding not canceling with the 30 day trial period. I responded back and said, that I did read them which is why I cancel it within the first 30 days!!! She failed to respond back to me after that. So today I call in again because I noticed that there was no refund. Once again the rep argued that there hadn't shown a cancellation for me. and I told her that that was because I was lied to by another misleading representarive. The woman also try to blame by saying I SHOULD HAVE called back if I hadn't seen a cancellation confirmation email as if it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that they completed their job. Personally I don't think that I'm the only one who they've done is to.

So far looks an excellent site...looking forward to downloading ebooks and getting some reading done. Finding Amazon quite tricky today and not easy to use - quite restrictive. This looks like a great alternative.
