I’ve ordered a pair of Gucci sunglasses (GG 0516S). They arrived 2 days sooner than expected, seem to be original, but have some visible scratches.

My glasses just broke for no reason. I'm trying to reach the call center but there is just one the robot. I'm not able to speak with one of the people from call center. Bad products and also awful support.
