Everything went normally from the order to the receipt of the package

This site has no customer service.I ordered a pair of glasses and I want to return but it's been a week since I sent the request according to their return policy and no one answered. I'm supposed to send the product back in 14 days. I called my bank and monday I will file a complaint with customer protection. Poor service.

Compared to other eyeglasses online shops, the eyeglasses from Edel came in perfect condition, no scratches and not needing any adjustments because say.. some other customer forced them over their temple or something like that. Just like brand new from the factory and a in a sturdy box (maybe that is why they came in perfect condition)
