Interestingly, after the purchase has been concluded, there is no way to get in contact with any human. Only answering machines looping you around. After requesting a call back, I have received a message that I have been called and there was no answer. Possibly, but no retry or any other way to connect. So if you know exactly what you want, the website will deliver. If you are after any kind of customer service, take care.
