I bought a Montblanc eyeglasses frame, they arrived in time but with a very visible defect,a missing part at one temple. It is hard to believe that they didn't observed the defect when they send the frame. I didn't trust to send the product back because they have bad reviews on Google, which mention that they didn't refund the money after the return of the product (anyway I don't have a proof of that but I didn't accepted the risk). I hardly tried to solve the problem (its easy if you find the missing part) but it was impossible even for the Montblanc representative (the guarantee certificate arrived blank). Finally, I was very dissatisfied with my experience of this vendor.

Everything went perfectly, and the product is exactly as we saw it in the pictures. Delivery was delayed one day, but when you receive what you wanted you overlook the small shortcoming
