Very quick process, but that’s about the only positive. Received my results the following day…no idea what they mean as it is not explained prior (where’s the dashboard?!) Told I can speak to a GP for an extra £80, just so my results can be explained. I thought this was funny

The whole activity from booking to getting the results was very professional The support for me when I needed it was there….. booking on line … emails and phone calls was great Thank you I will be back for a follow up test in 3 months

Home test was easy to do and instructions clear. Sent test on monday had results on the tuesday. Was able to relay results to gp who now has ordered more tests and get things moving.

I had my bloods taken at the Canary Wharf branch earlier this week. Karla was lovely, very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to put me at ease. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend this place to my friends and family.
