Another experience with Oneday and…

Another experience with Oneday and another success. My consultant wanted tests for specific things - BUPA weren’t paying this time - and Oneday advised me which of their standard tests covered the requirements. As usual easy to pick a time at my nearest clinic.

I am happy that I choose one day tests because they offer a high quality professional service. Lily, the nurse is very gentle, I didn't even feel the needle. The results came quickly, very clear with details for each individual test. Thank you very much. See you in 2 months.

The Nurse who did Fmy blood test was…

The Nurse who did my blood test was absolutely first class. Friendly and efficient. However the follow up was extremely disappointing. Far to long and complicated emails for what should be a relatively simple procedure. I received the results quickly which was appreciated. However for someone like me with very limited computer experience, Just finding my results was difficult. Owe for an old fashioned letter of confirmation which I would happily pay extra for. Less long emails please.

great customer service when issues arise

Have used this company twice.. first time was perfect. Second time I had an issue which was Royal Mails fault so had to quickly find a clinic to attend in person. One day test were very understanding when I said I wanted a refund rather than a replacement tests and quick to respond to my email. I would advise anyone to attend in person if their need for a result is time-sensitive, but otherwise I was really impressed by there customer support.

Professional and Very Knowledgeable…

Professional and Very Knowledgeable Staff. I'm a needle Phobic and couldn't go through with the Test so they rebooked without any other charges, very friendly from Customer service point of view. Excellent Nurses which made me feel very relaxed and using the latest equipment got my results back very quickly and High lighted issues promptly which would other wise taken many Months if not more. 10 out of 10. Tahnk you to all the Team 👏❤👌
