The results are not understandable. If a test is “equivocal”, an explanation of this should be given, because currently I am no more in the know than I was before having the test done.

Kit arrived next day with two vials in a box with thoughtfull cutout to stand them up. Quickly processed on return and results on line and at a more competitive price than my previous service

Brilliant. I have used this service at both Crawley and Croydon. I have also had communication with customer services - absolutely brilliant. Crawley was amazing - the phlebotomist ( Sharon ? ) was so patient , professional and reassuring. Emma from customer services was so helpful , friendly , informative and gave such great helpful advice particularly around preparation. Viviane in Croydon was amazing. So friendly , calming , reassuring , an absolute angel. I’d never heard of Onedaytests before a few days ago. I absolutely will use them again without hesitation.
