I recently booked a test, at the Croydon branch and it was such a stress free easy appointment. The customer service was great. The lady who did my test was really lovely. I usually find these appointments painful and often have bruising afterwards however I left within minutes of arriving and didn’t have any bruising afterwards. I was also pleasantly surprised that I received my results so quickly the following day! Fantastic service would definitely reuse their services

I have always struggled with having blood drawn as my veins in both my arms are difficult to find. However, Vivienne was great and on her first go was successful with least pain. Great service will be using again.
