The practicioner who took sample blood was professional and I hardly felt the needle. However, I was not told that a certain blood sample must be submitted before 9am and therefore I submitted the blood at noon. I had to repeat it at my own cost which I am not happy about

I had a rather disappointing experience with One Day Test last week. I went in for a routine blood test that was supposed to be analyzed quickly and had specifically called ahead to confirm that I would receive the results the same day, as I needed them urgently for Monday. Unfortunately, things did not go as promised. While the initial blood draw on Monday went smoothlyl, my results didn’t arrive until Tuesday afternoon, which was completely unacceptable considering I had been assured that I would receive them on Monday. Things got even worse during a follow-up blood draw on Thursday. The nurse had trouble locating my vein, which led to a painful experience and ultimately damaged the vein. To top it off, on Friday afternoon, I received a message saying that my blood sample had coagulated and that I wouldn’t be able to get any results from it. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Given the lack of communication, the pain caused during the procedure, and the delays in getting results, I can’t recommend their services. This is absolutely unacceptable for a company that claims to offer quick and efficient testing.
