Not good

Not great! We keep trying to get into contact to discuss our heating as every month we’re over but it’s hardly on. Our electricity usage is low and it’s just not adding up. Everyone has ignored our emails and we’ve been told it’ll even out but it hasn’t and we don’t want to be liable for an issue we have continuously raised

The chap who handles my case was absolutely brilliant if they was more people like him on the phones it would be a lot easier and better service as you know it can be quite hard to sort complaints out over the phone, outstanding customer service skills definitely should be a manager Karl thanks for your help

Received a bill for a rented property i let out despite nothing to do with me, took ages getting throught to someone. Now i have to email tenancy agreement across to prove the tenant is responsible despite living there for 2 years!

Appalling service!

Called up today as my bills had gone missing from portal, only to be told they had been cancelled unbeknownst to me, as I had been put on wrong tariff since being with them and that I would be going on to higher more expensive tariff, this after just 2 months earlier my whole contract being cancelled by mistake by Huddle. Asked why and was told, I would have to wait for bill to be issued. My last bill was from Sept last year, yet I've been paying £253 each month since then. The adviser doesn't even know what is happening. Utterly disgraceful!
