The process of setting up my account was painless and seamless. Looking forward to using the product more! Molly and Jack were absolute stars and guided us every step of the process and addressed every worry we had.

We waited a week for the welcome email to sign up , then when we called about how to sign up when we finally received the email, huddle said if we didn’t sign up soon they would have to escalate things when it was huddles fault

You're emails are terribly written the first paragraph made me think that everything was set up and as I understandably would rather not spend one more second thinking about the grotesque redistribution of wealth that current energy prices represent I did not read further.

Spoke to someone on the phone about signing up to huddle. The person was extremely helpful, and went out of their way to ask the relevant people any questions I had. Couldn't have asked for a nicer expereience.
