supportive, attentive, easy going

There has been a few mishaps whilst using this company, however, I have continued to do so for the past 2 years. They’re supportive in resolving situations, and reply fairly quickly via email. It is quite an easy going contract to set up too, which you can keep track of your bills through the Huddle app.

Huddle has been easy and with good…

Huddle has been easy and with good prices, especially right now as we went with the unlimited option which is a fixed price, meaning the current inflation hasn’t affected our bills (yet)! Easy to set up and split bills with housemates. Only thing is a couple of us have received emails saying we owe money when we don’t, but that was easily and quickly sorted over the phone.

We have been really lucky we signed up…

We have been really lucky we signed up with Huddle just before all the gas and electric prices went crazy and they haven’t put our bill up once. Also the usage graphs are very helpful. My only wish is that you could see the exact figures of how much you have in your account as credit.

Probably good for house shares; confusing for individuals/families

We've moved into a house where previous tenants had moved a single bill to Huddle; it's not a service I would have chosen myself since we don't require it; it's geared towards house shares. They are responsive via the info@ email address when there are issues. The website is not great; it needs to visually confirm when an image (e.g. of meter readings) has been uploaded, and to preview that image. It's not very clear what you can/can't do on the website; for example I can only access 'energy bills' and not 'my account'; I would have switched back to a supplier direct but the current situation of extremely high prices meant that staying with the (still painfully high) fixed rate contract with Huddle was the best plan. It's fine, if confusing at times. I'm sure it's good for e.g. students who share bills.
