Awful experience
Awful experience. Poorly managed company. Did not pay our bills, even though we were paying them each month. Was threatened with debt collection, being taken to court and cutting off our water and energy supply. We were very confused as we had been paying monthly and sent all required documents so we weren’t aware why. Emailed and called huddle but no response, We called the energy supply and they made us aware that no account had even been set up by huddle to pay for our bills. Eventually after calling every day for 2 weeks (during our exams) we thought huddle had sorted it. Now we have been told there is still money left to pay. Ridiculous. Do not use.

Frustrating
We have had numerous issues that took months to resolve initially due to poor communications from them and then now a month before our contract ends they install a new smart meter and have caused a whole load of issues making moving out 10 times more stressful

All bills are in one place so it has made it simple and convenient for me and my boyfriend to split all of our bills, and have them all come out at once, to one account. Huddle provided me with all the information, that led me to know that my letting agency were not paying the bills (gas and electric), of which myself and the other tenants paid for monthly without any outstanding. Furthermore, using this information, I was able to persuade the letting agency to do the needful, and resolve the issue.
