Would not recommend

You might be tempted to go with huddle for ease but honestly do your bills yourselves!! Both years we have been in our student house we have been charged at the end of our tenancy (£50 last year and from March, no one was in the house at all due to Covid!) The contracts are for ridiculously low amounts so you basically have no choice but to exceed them. The only reason I’ve given two stars is because the set up was easy to do. Other than that, avoid!

Took a month to get wifi but otherwise good, not as expensive as people may suggest and out house got money back at the end of the year because we used less heating etc than expected. Use for all bills except wifi.

Huddle Made signing up easy

Huddle Made signing up easy, they were even able to beat quotes from other companies. Spoke with Josh today and he made it super simple to sign up and was able to explain everything in detail.

Huddle is a very useful company

Huddle is a very useful company to go for when sorting out bills for broadband and other stuff, and their customer service is quick to respond and helpful in my experience

Making switching impossible

Huddle is making changing energy suppliers impossible and offering no guidance on how we can move on with our switch! We moved into our new student property who were supplied by huddle and decided to switch supplier, we tried to start a temporary contract which was a nightmare as contact was extremely difficult! We were told the meter readings were higher than predicted when we hadn’t even moved into the property or used any energy, after receiving not one but two bills we paid the one we were told which was correct and had to re-request the switch from the new supplier! Yet again, they have rejected the switch again. We have paid the balance we were told to and re-requested the switch as asked to, we cannot get a straight answer from anyone at the company and just want to be free of them!

We are very happy with Huddle‘s service…

We are very happy with Huddle‘s service and their customer service - the only issue is wifi issues that have occurred a few times but that is related to Virgin Media.
