Perfect customer service!

Amazing service from both telephone advisors, really helpful with pricing and when we called back after finding a cheaper alternative they price matched to get us the best deal. 10/10!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, they have given incorrect information after inserting a smart meter we can’t access. They have charged us 1000 on top of what we have already paid across this year. Do not use and fall victim to the scam of a company

Will not be using again

Huddle was the bill provider for my first house. Setting up our account was so much hassle it would of been easier to do bills ourselves separately. When I set up my account and tried to add my housemates to it the details for our address were completely wrong, I tried to change it multiple times, it took over 3 months to sort this issue out. Due to this I was informed that I owed the company hundreds of pounds for a house I didn't even live in. The staff on the phone were never helpful because they'd explain why the details were wrong and said they changed them to the correct one but again, it took months for this to happen. We also had a hard time changing our contract dates to when we actually moved in and took a while for them to actually update our information, after I sent them my tenancy agreement multiple time. All in all, I will not be using huddle again because of these issues. My only positive for this service is I think its a good system where you can select what services you want to pay for i.e. TV license.

so so overpriced, AVOID!!

-Will overcharge you on TV licensing and Broadband and claim as an “admin fee” -Failed to pay our broadband bill for an extended period of time so that virgin cut off our broadband for days at a time, when we needed to attend online classes -Installed a smart meter which overcharged compared to the gas and electric meters within the house and has now said we owe over £110 EACH even though our usage graphs throughout the year stated the usage was much lower than this

Fine overall

Prices are OK, at the start there were some issues with bills coming home, but it was nothing a phone call could not solve. It just took reporting them back to huddle for them to deal with it. No major problems, all fine.

Absolute cowboys - don’t touch

To be honest, one star is far too generous! I moved into a rented house and huddle were the supplier from the previous tenant. They made no attempt to contact me, other than sending a ridiculously expensive bill. They said this was read by the smart meter but they were unwilling to check it given they charged me £125 for a months electricity despite me living on my own and working every day that month! After no joy or negotiation from them, I was told to pay and they’d let me swap to my preferred supplier. I paid just to get rid of them the next day and they still rejected the swap! They are a money grabbing, money focused waste of space and I would certainly not recommend anyone using them.
