Using huddle made paying our bills so easy and they were quick to respond when we had any queries. I’d definitely recommend for students as it ensures no one party is liable for any missed payments.

Huddle offer an easy service with a fairly priced inclusive bills package. They are very quick to reply to queries over email with a friendly response. However, I’ve had issues with the Huddle Utilities app in that I couldn’t submit meter readings successfully. I’ve also had the repeated issue of overusing energy and requested a smart meter to help with this however Huddle never managed to install my during the tenancy. Aside from this, good quality broadband provided and friendly service.

Huddle was perfect for our house of 3 as it was super easy to set up, bills all separately paid for electricity, gas and wifi. No issues at all so far. Their sustainability ethos was a big plus for us. Would recommend for quick hassle free service for setting up bills and splitting between several housemates- would recommend for any students.

Huddle was perfect for our house share of 8 as it was simple and hassle free to set up. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly with a simple email or call. Far easier than going to separate companies. We also loved their ethos; being fossil free electricity and tree planting m is part of the reason we chose huddle in the first place. We also love the bills being split evenly every month which makes house sharing easier. We’ll definitely use Huddle again next year and recommend to anyone going to university.

As five students living in Fallowfield this year we have found the service overall to be pretty good!! It is speedy and works very well the majority of the time. The only thing we have found is occasionally when more than one of is on a zoom call that it slows down for us, but apart from that we have been happy!

Huddle has provided an excellent service and hassle free experience. Customer service has always been helpful. Would definitely recommend for students in a shared house, in order to divide up the bills evenly.

When I first moved into my student house they really helped getting us all sorted with utilities bundle for the house. The bill package is a great value and is sourced from green energy which is an added bonus! The customer service has been very helpful with any utility issues we’ve had. Overall a great utilities company to choose especially if you’re moving into a student house and are worried about having to chase up your housemates for paying bills, individual liability is great!

Excellent Service. Hassle free as dont need to worry about individual bills, Huddle does the job. Also much better than renting a flat with bills. Would highly recommend to anyone considering using them.
