Jeg købte en Moonroller i gave til en kammerat, det viser så sig at han har en i forvejen. Jeg tænker naturligvis på at returnere den. Jeg går ind på deres hjemmeside hvor der står “ If you make use of your right to cancel an order within 14 days, we refund all your payments for the order including shipping costs”. Det vil siges jeg kun skal betale for returfragten selv, og regner derfor med jeg modtager ordre beløbet tilbage. Da min moonroller kommer retur til CPH Grooming. Modtager jeg kun beløbet på moonrolleren og ikke fragten som de ellers lovede på deres hjemmeside, kontakter derfor kundeservice, fordi jeg tænker der er sker en fejl, det mener de ikke at der er. Kort fortalt modtager jeg kun penge tilbage for moonrolleren men ikke fragten, selvom der står på hjemmesiden at de ville refundere hele ordre beløbet. Jeg er yderst utilfreds med deres kundeservice og ville anbefale andre at passe på med at handle julegaver her, da returprocssen er virkelig dårlig. Edit: Jeg har idag været i dialog med Sasha som skrev til mig efter min anmeldelse herinde, hun fik undskyldt for misforståelsen og refunderet resten af mit beløb. Tusind Tak igen til Sasha du en stjerne. ☺️

No dispatch, no customer service, Poor overall

I put through an order 1 week ago, the products still have not been dispatched with a 4-6 day delivery window. Most importantly no communication around a delay! No option to cancel delivery, no way to get hold of a human in customer service despite a promised "chat now button" which merely uses a chat bot to post an email to support. Oh and to top it off, customer support auto response is in Danish! Feel like bit of a mug as plenty of Amazon vendors selling similar products. Poor service!!!

Twee keer opnieuw een bestelling verstuurd, twee keer niet ontvangen. Zonder pardon de bestelling geannuleerd, zonder enig excuus en compensatie. Ik had graag gezien dat de bestelling opnieuw verstuurd werd. Ik zal twee x nadenken voor het bestellen bij dit bedrijf, dit alles neemt namelijk al drie weken in beslag

Hi, i would like to start of by saying what a drag. I ordered a product a few weeks ago in high spirits. Due to family circumstances i had to travel to bury my grandfather. Which was why I wasn’t at home at the time my package suppository arrived. No problem because when you’re not home, they simply send your package to a delivery point. However they never told me the adres of the delivery point? So how can i even get to my package without this precious information. I contacted the customer service of ‘Postnord’ i explained my whole situation, at first it seemed like everything was going to be okay. They wrote me back in English which was a major win because everything on that website was deenish. They asked for my information, the tracking number, my full name. My adres etc. Once i did this a few days later i got a message from postnord saying. Hi Unfortunately we are not able to help you with your inquiry, as you have reached out to the Customer Service in Sweden. If you still need assistance, please contact us through our Webform Here: Webform. Fine i click on this webform. And once again everything is written in a language i do not understand. At this point i just want my money back. Why is it so difficult for me to get to my package, why didnt i receive the adres and why is it so hard to reach customer service.
