Var forbi Copenhagen Grooming idag, da jeg troede at de havde en butik på adressen, det var selfølgelig en misforståelse af mig, men blev taget rigtig godt imod, fik alle de svar og produkter jeg havde brug for. De var meget serviceminded, blev helt positivt overrasket over det. En fornøjelse at handle hos dem. Det vil jeg helt klart gøre igen!!!

Just spoke with Josefine (what a cool name) from Copenhagen who corrected an order for me with no issue what so ever in double quick time. Am at the early stages of seeing if this rollering and activator will work for me but there is no doubt that the company runs on a cool set of values.

It works! Have patience !

This product does work ! It’s been 2 weeks and I have already seen a thicker and fuller appearance with the combination of sidekick, activator and the beard hero. But it does take time. The beard I want will not come over night. But I know if I continue using the this kit it will Eventually get there. Patience is key.Very satisfied with my purchase.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service I received was exceptional, i couldnt have asked for better!! I had accidentally put in the wrong delivery address and emailed to ask it to be changed and they got back to me within 20 mins and changed it for me, there was then an issue with shipping and we thought the package was lost so asked for a refund which i received within 3 days. The package arrived a day later however and i emailed to ask if they wanted me to return it and i was told i was able to keep it! Amazing customer service and a great product!

The beard serum didn't work for me after 150 days. But the refund process was simple and quick!
