There was an misunderstanding with shipping due to shipping in summer time. There was an 3. Party shipping company that did not notify me that the package had arrived. I contacted them and they sent it in return. I contacted Copenhagen support after and they answered wery quickly and kind. They shorted out everything and re shipped me the product cost free. This is excellent customer service! I haven’t got the product yet but they deserve every star they can get :)

I was introduced to Copenhagen Beard Hero by a friend and was really impressed. I've only been using it for a short while but can noticeably see and feel the results. I have hyper sensitive skin but this hasn't caused any reactions. Can't imagine using anything else

Package seems pretty cool. Using product only for a week so I dont know about the results. Using activator however makes my skin very dry and instructions on how to use the set had to be googled for some time because instructions behind QR-link were not detailed.

Hurtig levering når man har bestilt. Jeg købte første gang produktet med rulle, til at øge min skægvækst, da jeg havde mange pletter og tyndt skæg på mine kinder. De første par måneder synes jeg ikke at der skete meget ..jeg fulgte anvisningen med ikke at klippe det helt ned.. Men så skete der også noget. Jeg har brugt produktet i 2-3 år nu. Så har købt flere gange fordi jeg kunne se en virkning. Pletterne er næsten væk, kommet både mørke og lyse hår og har fået et meget tættere skæg . Det har taget tid og penge.. Men det har virket. Produktet er også med til at gøre mit skæg blødt sendt at se på. Så jeg vil stadig bruge det noget tid endnu . Meget tilfreds kunde ! Er der gratis produkter for at være så glad en kunde i 3 år ? 😅
