The product itself is good delivery not so good
The product itself is good, I’ve had this product before and it worked on me. The only issue is the deliveries. I’ve had issues previously regarding the delivery and this time was not different. Once my order was processed and received the shipping details I waited 8 working days to receive an update of the parcel but there was not updates. Turns out the parcel was not scanned and therefore they couldn’t track it. Fortunately they offered me a new order replacement to be sent asap. Can’t give a 5 stars because of that.

The product looks aesthetic and the activator feels fine on the skin. I‘m just a little bit irritated about the desinfection product because it‘s almost empty and there is barely any fluid coming out. I will come back in a few months for five stars i guess, if it works. Just one very important question to the team: I shave almost every 4 days with an electric one blade trimmer to almost zero mm. Is this okay for the velushair or is this counterproductice? Your FAQ says it could be counterproductive but I dont know if this is for fresh shaving with a razor blade or also for trimming to zero. Greetings from Germany.
