Amazing service and quick response.

I didn’t receive the package. Postnord is really a bad service. They did not inform where the package was dropped off (which service point). Then they were not available for contacting to get the service point address, and now they’re sending the package back without contacting me. UPDATE: Copenhagen Grooming reached out to me, with super friendly customer service and resolved the issue sending me a new package with an alternative delivery method. High quality products!

My package didn’t get delivered due to a error of the delivery company. I notified the customers service and they said the could reimburse me or get the package delivered via express delivery (free of charge). The package arrived two days later. Very happy with the service
