Very pleased to receive my purchase before Christmas, especially with postal strikes in the UK. Am pleased the product is not making my scalp itch like some products I have bought in the past (not from you). The freebies, I must've read wrong, as they're for beards and I don't have one. But not going to grumble at freebies. Finally, I didn't give five stars as I'm not sure the product I am using will last very long, and it's very expensive to order and have delivered. Many thanks for arriving in good time.

Really quick to respond. Super friendly people ( Victor and ltr Alberte)... and came up with a solution for my postal (Brexit - gah!) issue that was not their fault. I will continue to use their products in part because of the excellent customer service experience.

I wanted to put a very good review. I don’t know about how the product will work on me, but I hope in a good way. I am actually writing this because of the positive experience that I have with the customer service. Many business don’t offer such service because they think they can get away with it and it’s just so much pain to have to deal with someone that doesn’t care. Meanwhile, when I had a problem with the shipment, one of the staff was super helpful (through e-Mail on a weekend!! and they do have a phone number but it was closed as aforementioned) and send me the package with a free gift and with the speed option. More than this I think, can’t be asked and it makes the possibility of the product not working (which has low percentage of not but even then you are covered) so much better. So very happy with how they handle customers. (It is a true review, so that people that might want to try at least know it’s real and not a fake person)
