Terry and Eleanor are friendly informative and not at all pushy to make a sale. Delivery was smooth, we were kept informed all the time. We later purchased a heat pump which has proved to be a good investment. Terry is patient in explaining the use of chemicals and how it all works . Would thoroughly recommend.

Terry is the most knowledgeable and most helpful person we have ever worked with! He goes the extra mile, has great communication skills, and went above and beyond for us to get our perfect hot tub installed at not only short notice but while we were not even in the country. He managed the whole process for us and really made it stress free. We have had a great summer in our hot tub!

Brilliant service from the start. The owner and staff welcomed us during our visit to the main showroom. Once our decision on the style of hot tub was made the order process and communication was great. They kept us informed of delivery and were on time to our schedule considering we had building works to do before receipt of hot tub. The owner delivered the hot tub and installed it, providing full instructional tutorial.

What a great company, ordered our swim Spa last year and was delivered in good time to coincide with our renovations at our property. Terry & Eleanor are true gems to the industry.
