You paying for the hype only, because this price is inflated. Save your money. I've used it for 3 days and have not experienced anything that would make me want to continue. I did a fourth day with 2 scoops instead of one, and got the same results. I emailed the company but didn't get a response.

I’ve taken Metamucil with Stevia for a couple of years. Switch to Pinch due to the massive advertising and haven’t been impressed at all. I’ve actually tried to be patient and want to finish the container, but it’s just doesn’t deliver like Metamucil for me.

I noticed its effectiveness the very next day after taken. With my history of bowel issues, I needed a lot of fiber and meds to avoid pain. I'm a big fan of Pinch now.

I took this for a month and I wasn’t impressed. I have ibs-d and normally I use psyllium husk to improve the symptoms. I swapped over to pinch because the advertisements and reviews suggested it used the same thing (psyllium) but also improved health and bathroom breaks in more ways. One note is this stuff tastes awful and smells worse but you're not buying it for the taste, I recommend having a chaser nearby if you're going to take this. I ended up getting worse diarrhea than usual taking this, I suffered through for a month because everything online said stick with it. As soon as I switched back to psyllium husk the symptoms I was having went away. I know my experience will not be indicative of everyone’s but I wanted to offer a warning it isn’t always the miracle cure that they claim, probably much better for folks without ibs.

For years, I’ve had watery/soft stool. I had several bowl moments a day at extremely inconvenient times. It made it slightly terrifying to leave the house.
