I love this stuff. It tastes better than the orange alternative, and it works great. I like that it does not contain artificial colors, flavorings, or sweeteners. It has just the right amount of sweetness from cane sugar without adding too many calories or grams of sugar for those watching their sugar intake. Prior to taking this, I was experiencing a lot of abdominal discomfort from slow moving bowels. I didn't think I was constipated, but taking this powder every day has been amazing for me. I've been a Pinch subscriber for YEARS. The product itself is good - very mild but pleasant taste, not gritty at all. And, well...it works. I'm an athlete and have done a couple bodybuilding shows; if you know anyone who has gotten "stage lean" then I can assure you, they also experienced some pretty serious constipation (yes, even with well above-normal dietary fiber consumption). That is something that just comes with the territory. Pinch was a livesaver then (OK not LITERALLY a lifesaver, but you get my drift) and it's great for daily use otherwise as well.

When I purchased pinch I was skeptical. But I didn’t have a solid poop in a year . I have been taking it since may and have gone from 5-6 visits to the bathroom to 1 or 2 and it all just comes out. I did have to adjust time of day I took it night works best for me . I will recommend this product to anyone who wants a fiber product that works thanks Pinch
