Very good good quality great service delivered on time very pleased

This is the fourth model purchased by or for my husband. We've also bought mugs and cushions over the years. The wooden models are excellent quality. Delivery was very quick. Would highly recommend.

Purchased the smaller model of the Lightning last week, was delivered in secure and protective packaging within a few days; high quality product, very pleasing to view, easy to assemble! Me, being a clumsy individual though, broke one of the Sidewinder missiles right at the end of of assembly! I called Wooden Model Company to own up and I have today received not one but two replacement missiles.......I think the very polite and efficient young lady (who I'm probably not allowed to name?!) that I spoke to realised that there was every chance that I'd do it again.....!! I am SO impressed with the Lightning that I've already also purchased the Phantom......can't wait to get it!!

Really easy to find the T shirts I wanted, also arrived sooner than I expected so that was good. The clothes are also really great, well made and comfortable.

I saw your ah64 apache model at an airshow and was interested in buying it and because of seeing the price of these items usually a lot more expensive I decided to buy on impulse on the day. I have also been working up to getting the A10 which I have now ordered and received it.
