Great service from the delivery people David and Peter and good sofa

David and Peter provide us with a great service. I like the sofa and and the colour is similar to the image. The sofa came bit late because of pre-order but service was excellent.

A few months ago, we bought Dover sofa bed. After this time, it started to break down. The pull-out sleeping section has sagged. I tried to contact the company twice, but they ignore me. The sofa is still under warranty, and according to it, a repair should be provided. Not to mention that the colour and appearance of the sofa are completely different than in the picture. Totally disgrace! We’ve been left with a broken sofa that cannot be slept on. That is my proof of purchase Order #12768

Ordered my left facing grey velvet sofa (storage and sofabed) made to measure on 28th December. Upon placing my order, I stressed the importance of delivery before my birthday gathering the evening of 24/01/25. By 20th I was getting nervous that it would not arrive in time. I was wrong dispatch text arrived Wednesday 22nd Jan and by 12pm 24th Jan the sofa was safely delivered and assembled. Perfect! Very happy with the aesthetics the feel and comfort of the sofa. Great customer service would highly recommend to all.
