I was given 15 days for the customer care team to come and view the situation of the sofa ,tll now no one has reached out or come to resolve this issue . What a terrible way to treat a first time customer I

Our Sofa was delivered today! It is exactly how it looked online, perhaps better. We were kept in the loop throughout the process. Our delivery guys and assemblers Przemek and Waldi, were super helpful and patient. They told us what we needed to know in terms of functions and were efficient time wise.
