I spent £25 on gifts for father's day, including £5 on delivery. They arrived completely melted. Emailed customer service 2 days ago, but so far no response. Looks like I'll be having to go out and buy a different gift. I'm super disappointed. UPDATE - got an email shortly after this. My items have been sent again with next day delivery so fingers crossed they're not melted and arrive in time for father's day! UPDATE 2 - I was told it was put in 24 hour delivery, but it didn't arrive by father's day. It's now Monday afternoon and the parcel status hasn't changed... so who knows when it'll arrive. Got my dad a Toblerone instead!

My daughter put an order in 4 weeks ago thinking that the chocolates thinking that the chocolates would be dispatched asap. Chased they had not even been made which was unclear from the website chased again still no update and still waiting. Very poor service no updates and unhelpful. If they are overwhelmed by orders then they need to advise customers of this they were meant to be a gift for 21st Birthday!!!

Rococo chocolates are always beautifully packed so you open the box expecting something special. The chocolates certainly live up to this. Wonderful textures and flavours! Pure bliss!

The worst! 2 nd attempt to deliver. Delivery to wrong door. They text to say it’s delivered. Customer service says it’s at warehouse. £100 on chocolate’s NOTarrived . Maya CS says it’s at warehouse in Exeter. Should be in Merseyside. I DONT agave my order. TWICE they messed up. No chocolate delivery. The WORST service. My text says it’s de. The photo is NOT MY door! Absolutely terrible not recommended to use this service unless you waste your money and time for fun!!!!
