Beautiful chocolates, well presented and arrived on time

The chocolate bars were perfect as expected - good packaging - lost a star because placing the order online wasn’t straightforward & it was impossible to speak to anyone & took days to get a response via the chat

Perfect service. Beautifully packaged original products. They were gifts so sadly I couldn’t taste them but the recipients were extremely happy.

I placed an order on the 12th. Nothing happened. After a week I contacted costumer service and was informed that because of a website glitch, I was able to order an item that is out of stock. That's fine. Things like that happen. The person that I was talking to was lovely, and really apologetic about it, and told me I could choose an alternative option and they would organize that to be sent out. I choose something else and waited for their response/confirmation. It never came. It's been a few days now. I'm gonna wait a bit longer but if nothing happens I'm afraid I'm gonna have to try and cancel the order.

Your Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon & Orange Creams were really yummy - some of the best I have tasted. Would recommend to anyone to buy them. I would definitely buy them again. I've still to try the English Creams & Caramels but I'm sure they will be just as good.

Terrible! Ordered hamper with all goods as gift - instead have had two divided boxes, as yet to receive the second one. Have already contacted customers services and given £50 voucher but will struggle to use this as I’m so disappointed with the mistakes made with this order! Would find it difficult to trust another delivery!
