Cyrus Rugs in Cairns is brilliant they have an excellent range of rugs available at great prices I have bought several rugs in past. And I went in yesterday to purchase another one and I was greeted by Josh who was amazing he was so helpful in choosing my rug and once I got home and laid the mat on the floor I had second thoughts about the one I had chosen. I gave Josh a call and explained and that I should have bought the other one I was looking at , he said just bring it back and we can swap it over, when I arrived he had the other rug rolled up and ready go I just had to pay the difference. It has been a long time since I have experienced brilliant customer service as Josh I found him to be so friendly, well mannered and he had wonderful knowledge of the rugs available. Thank you Cyrus for providing a wonderful staff member I will definitely be going back.

I purchased a 200 x 300 rugs for the first time, normally purchase a smaller size. It was delivered in great time but had taken quite a while to settle flat. I had exceptional service from both young ladies at the Burpengary store with queries and assistance regarding this matter and would not hesitate to recommend these rugs and also the Burpengary store.
