Return customer! I was so happy with my first purchase that I came back to buy some more rugs. This time for my bedroom. I am very happy with the variety of colours and style options. Nalin was very helpful again.

A positive experience in Slacks Creek store. Staff were helpful and pleasant, laying the rugs on the floor for us to see better. They look great in their final position at home. Thank you girls!

Bound edges of rug disintegrated over 1 or 2 years. They refused to repair. Apparently it's caused by the lights in their shops. Worst purchase I have ever made. Your store owner told me that non led lights had that effect on rugs stored prior to people buying them. I rang your head office and left messages with the receptionist, I wrote emails to Cyrus himself, no one responded. No good asking about the rug now. I refused to pick the rug up from one of your stores. Told him to take it to the tip where it belonged.

Would not recommend to anyone ..very poor customer services.. specially store and head office.. they will say something else when u will buy but to change or refund they will have different statment.. not good quality as pay alot .. 0/10..
