The customer service was very great. The lady who served me was very patient and friendly. I booked for a rug but when I went to pay for it my friend who was with me suggested me a different colour which was exchanged with no drama. I was very happy.

Jaz was super helpful from start to finish! She was knowledgeable of all the products and helpful in showing us options based on our ideas but without being pushy. Also great when we loaded it into the car! The rug itself is beautiful and great value for the size and quality! 10/10 would recommend

Did some shopping around and was very disappointed with what was available and the quality. Went to Cyrus Rugs, found exactly what we wanted, good price and quality. Alex was the sales person who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will shop there again, this time as my first choice!
